Policy
Please place your order at least two weeks in advance.
A deposit of 50% is mandatory to hold your order. Regardless of how small the order. The remaining balance is due the day you receive your order.
We will NOT start an order without a deposit, so please be mindful of the time you have to make the deposit so we can make your sweets in a timely manner.
Once the cake (or any sweets) leaves our hands and is under your care we are not responsible for any damages.
Any changes to this order needs to be done 7 days prior to the day of the event.
If you rent out any stands etc. from us, we expect it to be returned the way it was given to you. If there are any problems with the items upon returning you may not get your deposit back.
If your order is canceled 5 days before your event, 50% of the total cake cost is non-refundable, plus any expenses already added in behalf of the finished product.
If we have to cancel for some reason (emergency based) you will be given your full deposit back, and will receive a free dozen of cupcakes for your next event.
